How long have you been in business for?

We have been trading as a Limited company since March 1997. We are one of the most established outsource call centres globally.

Who do you answer calls for?

We answer calls for a multitude of companies. Some of our key industries are Local councils or Government, Veterinary Practices, Hospices and Pharmaceutical companies. It doesn’t matter what industry you operate in, we will be able to take your calls at any time of the day.

Is there a minimum term for your service?

Yes, the minimum term for our services is three months.

If I select one of your plans and my business requirement changes can I scale up or down?

Yes, as your business changes we are able to amend your package with one month’s notice.

My rota changes every week, and the phone numbers you need to patch calls to will change frequently. How do you keep up to date with this?

We have a rota management process. You inform us of any changes to a rota and we amend it immediately. This ensures that the correct person has a call patched to them or they are dispensed a message to their email, by SMS or WhatsApp.

Can I trial the service before I commit?

Yes, we offer a free one-week trial for all of our services. We will need to onboard you as a customer so that we can take your calls correctly for the week. Once the trial is over, we switch to a fully paid service or you cease the trial.
